Product features: The brake has the advantages of compact structure, convenient installation, wide applicability, low noise, high frequency, sensitive action, reliable braking, etc. It is an ideal automatic actuator in industrial modernization.

Workpiece Principle and Installation and Maintenance: Electromagnetic power-loss brake mainly consists of excitation parts (yoke, coil, spring, armature), brake disc, spline sleeve and other major components. The excitation part is mounted on the base by installing screw. After adjusting the air gap to the prescribed value of delta, the hollow bolt is turned out in reverse and the excitation part is tightened. The spline sleeve is connected with the transmission shaft by a key; the brake disc and the spline are meshed by a spline. When the coil is cut off, under the action of the spring, the friction force between the brake disc and armature, the end face of the frame (or the brake plate) is produced, and the spline sleeve is passed to the transmission shaft for braking. When the coil is electrified, under the action of electromagnetic force, the armature is sucked into the yoke, so that the brake disc is loosened and the brake of the transmission shaft is released. (When the equipment is out of service, the brake can be relieved by releasing the mechanism with an axial wrench.)
